Get the personal attention you deserve with KO Fit's 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions. Great for beginners with little to no experience fitness experience who are looking for some place to start. With 8 weeks of personalized attention you will learn and build confidence in the 6 basic movement patterns. Whether you want to build strength, increase flexibility, or just improve your overall health, 1:1 training is a great place to start! After our 8-week program you will be ready to transfer into the classes if you want to!
